(Dan Tri) – People’s Artist Trung Anh said that his daughter `blames love` because he loves his children in the movie more than in real life.

People’s Artist Trung Anh was born in 1961 and is a veteran actor of the Vietnam Drama Theater.

He received the title of People’s Artist in 2019. In 2021, People’s Artist Trung Anh retired from the Vietnam Drama Theater after 43 years of service.

Although the male artist later became familiar and loved for his roles in television dramas, he confided that his love of theater has always been burning.

Sharing with Dan Tri reporter about life after retirement, People’s Artist Trung Anh said that many people say that retirement will be disappointing and sad, but he does not have that feeling.

`Many people say, be careful, you will be shocked and depressed when you retire because you have too much free time. But I’m very busy, I don’t feel like I’m retiring yet. Currently, I’m still teaching at the University of Theater

Recently, People’s Artist Trung Anh played the role of a rich father named Quang in the movie Us 8 years later.

Sharing about his role, he said, this is one of the few films in which he plays a rich person because in previous roles, he often played poor people.

`This is also what attracts me to this character. It is something different from the roles I usually do. The role is challenging and also gives me a certain interest in finding the character of Mr. Quang.

Mr. Quang will go through many ups and downs, even falling into extreme poverty.

People’s Artist Trung Anh said that at his age, he cannot play the roles of a young man or a handsome man, but will have roles to suit him.

`At my age, it’s definitely impossible to play a handsome guy like Manh Truong holding Huyen Lizzie’s hand while running on the beach, so I’m sure from one dad role to another,` he shared.

The male artist said that when he played Son’s father in the movie Come Home, my children also watched the movie.

At the age of 63, People’s Artist Trung Anh is having peaceful days with his family.

`Like many retirees, I like to read books and watch football. If there’s a Manchester City team, I don’t miss a match. In the morning I get up early, take care of the plants, make tea and then admire the view of the city.

The male artist added that even though he is an actor, he considers himself a quiet person.
