Vios, Accent and a series of B-sized sedans are racing with incentives, with some models reduced by up to 100 million VND
(Dan Tri) – In addition to receiving 50% support for registration fees from the Government, domestically assembled B-class sedan models also receive additional incentives from the company, forcing imported cars to sharply reduce prices.
Entering the last months of the year, car manufacturers and dealers gradually accelerated in the sales race.
In the B-class sedan segment, most products receive big promotions in October;
Honda City
Having the highest selling price in the B-class sedan segment (559-609 million VND), it is not surprising that Honda City is the most promoted product.
In October, this car model was given 50% of the registration fee by the manufacturer, equivalent to a reduction of about 30 million VND.

Toyota Vios
This car model is also given 50% of the registration fee in October by the manufacturer, but the reduction does not exceed 24-30 million VND, depending on the version.
Among them, the highest-end G CVT version received the biggest discount, a total of 50 million VND, bringing the actual selling price of the car down to 542 million VND, equal to the listed price of the highest version of Hyundai Accent.
After being upgraded mid-life in early July, Toyota Vios’s consumption has not caught up with competitors in the same segment, so it needs big incentives from dealers and companies (Photo: Nguyen Lam).
Hyundai Accent
Unlike the above two car models, Hyundai Accent has quite gentle incentives at the dealership.
Accent is currently the best-selling product in the segment, even though it is not upgraded like City or Vios.

Mitsubishi Attrage, Suzuki Ciaz and Nissan Almera
All imported in complete units instead of being assembled domestically, these three car models are at a disadvantage in the sales race because they do not enjoy the 50% reduction in registration fees from the State’s `domestic car` support policy.
The offers of this trio are no different in October, they are still the same programs that have been applied in recent months.

Similar to Attrage, the Nissan Almera model is also supported with 100% registration fee.
The car is distributed in 2 versions: CVT and Premium CVT with suggested retail prices of 539 million VND and 595 million VND, respectively.

Suzuki Ciaz is the most popular car model in the segment, even the most `stagnant` in the market.
However, this car model is only lightly promoted in October. Specifically, the Ciaz is supported by the manufacturer with 50% of the registration fee, equivalent to a reduction of 26 million VND, bringing the actual selling price down to 503 million VND.
Suzuki Ciaz’s consumption is not equal to that of competitors in the same segment.
