Many Genshin players have `stoned` this seemingly happy ending.

Many players even criticized that the publisher `softened` Raiden Ei’s personality, adding cute and familiar details to this character to attract male players.

However, by version 2.5, players have opened up more to Ei and rated the new storyline as very well done.

Under the roots of the magical cherry tree, Ei had to fight the Raiden Shogun puppet to prove his change was reasonable.

If the puppet wins, Ei will have to follow his old ideal of aiming for `eternity`.
