A series of Marvel Studios projects are facing difficulties: Loki’s solo film is postponed, Thor 4 is behind schedule
The negative impact of the epidemic on the film industry is increasingly evident, making audiences regret that a series of Marvel Studios projects have been delayed indefinitely.
1. Falcon and The Winter Soldier pauses filming
Falcon & The Winter Soldier was interrupted twice during filming.
The audience is eager to know what happens after Captain America (played by Chris Evans) retires and gives the shield to Falcon.
2. Eternals completed filming but had difficulty promoting
Similar to Iron Man and all other Marvel movie characters, the Eternals have their origins in comics.
Because the San Diego Comic-Con event is unlikely to take place, the promotion of this film will be heavily affected.
3. Loki pauses recording
Like Falcon and The Winter Soldier, Loki had to temporarily stop filming, but because the Loki series is expected to premiere in 2021, it will not be affected too much.
At the time Loki died at the beginning of Avengers: Infinity War, many fans thought that this character’s death was not necessarily the end.
4. Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings stopped filming
On March 12, the director of Marvel’s latest blockbuster project Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, director Destin Daniel Cretton, quarantined himself at home to limit risks from the epidemic to his child.
Disney, the company that owns Marvel, also announced that the Shang-Chi movie in Australia had stopped filming.
5. Thor: Love and Thunder is behind schedule
Thor will return to the big screen with Thor: Love & Thunder.
